Service terms

These plain-English terms describe the standard Haymaker service. Formal legal review is sensible before scaling beyond the first validation customers.

• Standard website price: £299 unless a confirmed Founding Client offer applies.
• Payment structure: 50% before work begins and 50% before public launch.
• One consolidated revision round is included.
• New pages, major redesigns, new functionality and substantial copy work are not included in the standard package.
• Hosting renews separately after the first included year unless the customer chooses Haymaker Care.

Haymaker Care

Haymaker Care is £19/month and includes Basic Hosting, technical maintenance, broken-link checking, support for Haymaker-managed website issues and one small content change per quarter. Unused quarterly changes do not roll over.

Small changes

A small change means something similar to updating opening hours, changing contact details, replacing an image, altering a short section of text or adding a testimonial. Additional small changes are £25 each.

Excluded work

New pages, major redesigns, new functionality, booking systems, e-commerce, substantial new copy and large structural changes are not included in the standard package or Haymaker Care.
