Haymaker Websites only asks for the information needed to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, build agreed websites and provide support.

Information collected

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, business name, package interest and a short summary of what your business needs.

Do not send passwords, private account access or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.

How enquiries are used

Enquiry details are used to reply to you, assess whether the standard Haymaker service is a good fit, prepare quotes and manage accepted work.

Technology providers

The planned hosting provider is Cloudflare Pages. Enquiry email delivery is designed to use Resend once configured. Cloudflare Turnstile may be used for spam protection.

Analytics

Haymaker prefers privacy-conscious aggregate analytics such as Cloudflare Web Analytics. Advertising pixels, session replay and remarketing trackers should not be added by default.

Your choices

You can ask Haymaker to correct or delete enquiry information where it is no longer needed for a live customer relationship, legal record or active quote.
