FAQ

Plain answers before you start.

What does a standard website cost?

The standard Haymaker Website is £299 one-off. It includes up to five standard pages, a contact form, help preparing wording, basic SEO, domain connection, one consolidated revision round and the first 12 months of Basic Hosting.

What is the Founding Client offer?

The first three suitable paying customers can receive the standard website for £199. It is a genuine launch offer and ends after three suitable clients have been accepted.

How many changes are included?

One consolidated revision round is included. Corrections are normal. A new page, major redesign, new functionality or substantial new copy may cost extra or need a separate quote.

Do I get unlimited edits?

No. The service is deliberately structured so support stays predictable. Haymaker Care includes one small content change per quarter, with unused changes not carried forward.

What is hosting after the first year?

Basic Hosting is £79/year and includes hosting, HTTPS, routine infrastructure maintenance, deployment management and basic uptime monitoring. It does not include content changes.

What does Haymaker Care include?

Haymaker Care is £19/month. It includes Basic Hosting, technical maintenance, broken-link checking, support for Haymaker-managed website issues and one small content change per quarter.

Can you add bookings, shops or complex features?

Possibly, but those are outside the standard package and should be quoted separately. The standard offer is aimed at fast, useful brochure and enquiry websites.

How do payments work?

The planned structure is 50% before work begins and 50% before public launch. Stripe Payment Links can be used once the Stripe account is connected, or another simple payment method can be used for the first clients.

What do you need from me?

You provide the business information, images, branding, contact details and a decision-maker who can approve the finished site. The onboarding form is designed to collect most of this in one go.

Can I edit the website myself?

Haymaker manages the site through GitHub so routine changes stay controlled and predictable. You can request changes without needing to learn a CMS.
